Magnetic Field Viewing Film

It is generally known that magnetic field distribution in the magnetized permanent magnet is invisible to the naked eye. If there is a tool that can be used to "see" magnetic fields, it will be very cool and also useful to permanent magnet manufacturers and PMDC motor manufacturers. Here we’d like to introduce Magnetic Field Viewing Film (named Magnet Viewing Paper, Magnet View Film, Magnetic Viewing Film, Magnetic Field Display Film or Field Viewing Film) which can achieve this goal.

It is a very thin green translucent sheet, flexible like plastic film which sealed magnetic suspending liquid in nano-sized colloidal particle. The high magnetic force areas appear dark, while the transition areas or zones where the poles are switching, also known as the neutral zones, appear light.

Application

1. Excellent to inspect magnetized permanent magnets or magnetic assemblies the distribution of magnetic pole and magnetic line, such as counting poles, axial magnetized or diameter magnetized.
2. Amazing to view magnet’s location and number concealed in other objects, as shown in Figure

3. Good to magnetic crack detection to check for damage to the magnet material within most types of magnet assemblies
4. Exceptionally fun, educational and suitable for all ages

We can add transparent plastic to field viewing film to protect it and make company ads while laminating small magnet viewing paper, as shown in Figure. Normal sizes include 4" x 3", 6" x 6", 9" x 9", 12" x 12", 18" x 36", 50 x 50 mm, 75 x 50 mm, 75 x 75 mm, 100 x 50 mm, 100 x 100 mm, 150 x 100 mm, 300 x 300mm etc. Customized service for special size is available at the same time.

PS: This film can't identify north or south poles.
