Sintered Neodymium Motor Magnets

Have you ever thought what the common magnet is used on motor? However Sintered NdFeB magnets are anisotropic material which can't be made to complex magnetization direction required by customers with one-step modeling. Although advanced technique allows us to make radial magnetized Sintered NdFeB ring magnets, there are many restrictions for grade and size which is unresolved. The stability and consistency of radial ring sintered neodymium magnets are not as good as magnets with the normal magnetization direction. The mould coil and magnetizing fixtures are also too expensive for most users to afford.
